Overview
Qompass provides a voice and chat companion experience. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (password or passkey). We use this information to sign you in and secure your account.
Conversations and health information
Messages and voice conversations with Harper are stored to provide your conversation history and to support safety review. Treat anything you share with Harper as sensitive health-related information.
Application performance telemetry (CloudWatch RUM)
We use Amazon CloudWatch Real User Monitoring (RUM) to understand how the app performs in your browser — for example page load times, JavaScript errors, and network request failures. This helps us fix bugs and improve reliability.
- RUM does not use advertising cookies. We configure it with
allowCookies=false. - We do not send your email, name, health information, or conversation content to RUM.
- We exclude or redact sensitive URL paths (such as share links and session-specific routes) from automatic page telemetry.
- We record a small set of non-identifying product events (for example sign-up, sign-in, and session start) to understand whether core flows are working.
RUM data is processed by Amazon Web Services under our cloud infrastructure agreement. Telemetry is sent to AWS data-plane endpoints in our deployment region.
Third-party analytics
We do not use PostHog, Google Analytics, RB2B, or similar third-party marketing analytics scripts in the Harper application.
